Students in our studio participate in a wide variety of activities according to their interests. This summer Fifi Zhang was the youngest participant , and one of only two accepted from the United States, in The World Piano Competition in Cinncinati. You are invited to review Kimberly Hou's performance on FROM THE TOP by checking the June 2011 archives. You may also view Bryan Ho's performances at International Institute for Young Musicians' website for this summer's activities.
Every student in our studio participates in NVMTA Fall Festival (sponsored by VMTA), NVMTA Theory Examinations, NVMTA Sightreading Examinations, NVMTA Bach Festival, NVMTA Ensemble Festival and NVMTA Sonata Festival. In addition to weekly private lessons, we annually have eight studio recitals at various venues, 16-17 group performance classes.
